MEET OUR TEAM
Jeff became an electrician in 1989. In 2005, he founded Accurate with the goal of being the best, most trustworthy electrical contracting company in Southern California. He has now spent over a decade growing his team and making his vision a reality.
Jeff has been married to our event coordinator, Leann, for over 25 years. Together they have four sons, three of whom work or have worked for Accurate. In his free time, Jeff enjoys doing activities with his sons including paintballing, longboarding, playing videogames, fishing, hunting, and camping. In 2015, Jeff was the first person to catch a Wahoo in California waters that year. He also hit a home run in a professional baseball stadium with a wooden bat during a fundraiser event. Jeff’s favorite part of his job is seeing his dream come to fruition when customers turn into raving fans of Accurate.
Leann began working for Accurate in 2009 as the office manager and is now our event coordinator. She graduated from Cal State Fullerton with her Bachelor of Arts in Communications and has also worked in public relations.
Now, she has been happily married to our owner, Jeff, for over 25 years. Together they have four boys who are also involved in the company. Leann sees the Accurate team as an extension of her family, and greatly enjoys creating and hosting events to bring everyone together in a fun-filled, relationship building, positive atmosphere. She also enjoys cooking for her family and friends, gardening, baking, and writing and speaking about parenting, marriage, and faith. Her motto is, “If you feed them, they will come!” When it comes to the Accurate team, she is entirely right.
Director of Operations
Dalton started at Accurate in 2011 as an apprentice but now works more behind-the-scenes. He has graduated from Azusa Pacific University with honors in his Bachelor of Arts in Business Management degree and a minor in Leadership.
Dalton enjoys outdoor activities such as hunting, hiking, and fishing. He also works part time at his church where he is the Children and Youth Intern. Dalton’s favorite part of his job is talking to clients on the phone and signing up for 30-day free trials.
HVAC Manager / Comfort Consultant
Eric has been solving electrical problems with us since 2009 but has been an electrician since 2004. After graduating high school, he completed trade classes at Scottsdale Community College. He currently helps our customers as the Service Manager and HVAC Comfort Specialist.
Eric and his wife have three children, two daughters and a son. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, hunting, playing ball with his son, four wheeling, watching movies, and playing ping pong and darts. Eric’s toes and fingers are double-jointed, he once caught two fish on one hook, and he has hiked Half Dome.
Eric’s favorite part of his job is spending time with his coworkers because he enjoys the culture at Accurate and the people he works with. While working in the field and running calls he loves offering comprehensive options to homeowners and allowing them to make the decision that works best for them.
Cheri has been bringing smiles to both our team and our clients since she started at Accurate in 2012.
Cheri and her husband have been married for over thirty years and have three children, two sons and a daughter. When she is not managing the office or her children she enjoys hiking, scrapbooking, and watching reruns of “The West Wing.”
Her favorite part of working for Accurate is working for a company that is built on integrity because it makes coming to work each day a joy.
Digital Solutions Manager
Madeline has been serving our clients since 2015. During that time she has worn many hats at Accurate. In her current role, she focuses on creating technology-driven solutions that improve customer communication and experience.
During her free time, you can find her rock climbing, practicing yoga, or reading. She loves to travel and recently spent a month in Bali, Indonesia getting certified to teach Yoga.
Madeline’s favorite part of working for Accurate is working with a team that takes great pride in providing excellent service to every customer.
Josimar has been serving our clients since 2015, but has worked in the industry since 2010.
He and his wife have three boys and a baby girl. During his free time, Josimar enjoys spending time with family, playing games with kids, and going to church.
His favorite part of his job is completing an installation and giving our clients power again.
Ray has been serving our clients at Accurate since 2013 when he started in the electrical industry. After graduating high school, Ray completed his SCIT General Electrician program and earned his Associate of Arts from the Los Angeles Trade Technical College in Electrical Construction and Maintenance.
Ray has two sisters, a brother, and two dogs, Minnie and Midnight. He enjoys fishing, camping, spending time in the outdoors, working on his ’97 Cherokee, and playing games such as ping pong, cornhole, washers, ladder ball, and darts, a game in which he is proud to have beaten our Service Manager, Eric. Ray is bilingual and would be trilingual had he not forgotten the French he learned in high school.
Rays favorite part of his job is the daily customer interaction; being able to provide excellent service and the satisfaction of a hard day’s work.
In 2019, Joe earned his state license and was welcomed onto our team of certified journeymen electricians with great pleasure. Joe began at Accurate in 2015 as an apprentice. In addition to completing the General Electrician Program at Southern California Institute for Technology, he has earned a Bachelors Degree of Science in Electrical Engineering. He attributes his strong work ethic and dedication to providing quality services to his time spent serving as a Sergeant in the Marines. At the end of the day, if the customer is happy, he is happy.
Fixing things is a hobby for Joe that extends beyond his job as an electrician. In his free time, he enjoys working on his car and his motorcycles. Joe owns a Harley that he takes meticulous care of. He takes full advantage of the Southern California weather to ride as often as possible.
Joe and his fiancé welcomed their beautiful son to their family in 2019. The best part of being a dad is coming home and wrestling around on the floor with his boy! Whether on the job or hanging out with family and friends, Joe knows how to combine hard work and fun.
Rick has been serving our customers since 2017 but has over 15 years of experience in the electrical industry. Knowledge is important to Rick. In addition to speaking four languages, Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, and English, he attended both Rio Hondo College and Citrus College in order to obtain his C-10 Electrical License and General B Contractors License.
Rick and his wife have two daughters together. On the weekends he enjoys spending time with them as well as dirt bike riding. Rick also has a love for travel and adventure. He has time living and in both South American and the Alaskan wild.
His favorite part about working for Accurate is the honesty of the company and all its employees.
Paul joined our HVAC team in 2018 and is currently our Lead Installer. He started working in the HVAC industry at 14 years old and has over 20 years of experience. He learned the trade through hands-on training before attending Ultimate Technical Academy in Arkansas. Additionally, Paul has his EPA universal license and a certificate in A/C and heating pumps.
Paul is a proud sing-father of his three-year-old son. His favorite part of coming home from work is getting to spend time with his son. In his free time, Paul likes to play games with his friends. His is an avid disc golfer and a member of the PDGA ( Professional Disc Golf Association). He also enjoys playing darts, pool, and card games.
His favorite part about working for Accurate is Everything. He just loves how positive and uplifting everyone on the team is towards each other.
As a licensed plumbing contractor, Dan brings over 10 years of experience in the plumbing industry to the Accurate team. He uses this experience every day to help our customer solve plumbing related issues in ways that are both efficient and effective. Dan loves that his job because it allows him to help customers and leave their home better than he found it. Like all of our technicians, Dan takes immense pride in his work and ensures everything he does it to the highest standard.
When he isn’t working Dan enjoys spending time with his chocolate lab “Otis” who means the world to him. They spend a lot of time outdoors together. Dan considers himself an outdoor enthusiast and loves to hike, travel, try new food, and shoot sporting clays. On top of his busy schedule, Dan is currently attending the University of California Irvine, where he is studying civil engineering.
Eddie obtained an electrical certificate in residential, commercial energy & utilities electrician. He is also great at painting and waterproofing.
Eddie has a very supportive partner of 10 years and together they have an 8 year old daughter that loves ice skating and ballet. When he’s not working, Eddie preferred activities like paint balling, fishing, working out, spending time with my family, and having family events. Eddie really enjoys electrical because there is always something new and exciting to learn. He’s always looking forward to learn new things. In fact, his life philosophy is “the love of knowledge.”
Peter joined our Electrical team as an Apprentice in 2019. He has experience working in both the commercial and new-build industries and received his Residential & Commercial / Energy & Utilities Electrician Certificate of Proficiency from Baldwin Park Adult and Community Education. Peter takes pride in assisting customers with their electrical issues and empowering them with the knowledge to make the best decision for their home.
In his free time, Peter enjoys the simple things in life like hanging out with family and friends, and of course Tuffy, his Bassett Hound. A few of his hobbies include skateboarding and art. He likes to experiment with using different mediums and means of expression. An interesting fact about him is that he enjoys reading military history.
His favorite part about working for Accurate is the camaraderie. He admires everyone’s respectful and welcoming demeanor as well as their commitment to seeing each customer’s job through to the end.
Chad has been bringing comfort to our customer’s homes as a member of our HVAC install team since 2019. In addition to learning the trade through on-the-job experience, he is also EPA certified through Ultimate Tech. He chose to go into HVAC because he loves the technical challenge of building equipment and systems.
Chad likes to tinker in his free time too. He enjoys working on drift cars and has even built a few from scratch. When he isn’t building things, Chad can be found spending time with his fiance and hanging out outdoors. He loves to camp, surf, and go paintballing. Two fun facts about Chad are that he is a video game developer as well as a Navy veteran who completed 2 tours in Afganistan.
His favorite part about working for Accurate is the people he gets to work with and work for. He loves working on such a close-knit team and takes pride in seeing his customers smile when a job is completed.
Customer Service Representative
A native of California, Paula was raised in nearby Arcadia. She attended Pasadena
City College where she earned her associate degree in graphic design and marketing. With over 20 years of experience in the customer service industry, Paula thoroughly enjoys serving our customers and making sure their home needs are met.
Paula and her husband have been married for 35 years and are longtime residents of Glendora. They have two grown children together and enjoy spending time together camping and fishing. Some of Paula’s other hobbies include photography and cake decorating. Her cakes have won 3 blue ribbons at the LA County Fair. According to her, the best part about working for Accurate is the family atmosphere and the value that is placed on the customers.
Customer Service Representative
Jasmine joined our team as a Customer Service Representatives in 2019. She has over 5 years of experience working as a CSR in the airline industry which taught her to stay cool under pressure. Whether you are calling for a quote or an emergency repair, Jasmine is ready to help you resolve your home issue as swiftly as possible.
In her free time, Jasmine loves spending time with her family. She has three brothers and sisters and four of nieces and nephews, so there is always something exciting going on at their house. On the off chance that she isn’t with family, you can find Jasmine playing baseball or working on DIY projects.
She loves working for Accurate because the environment and culture feel like a big family.
